Employment

Work isn’t optional. It’s necessary to stay fed, housed, and clothed.  But it’s also much more: it gives us purpose, confirms our value, and challenges us to grow and explore.

Competitive employment is tough: we have to work harder, for less recognition.

But we also have the right to accommodations, and a workplace that isn’t hostile to our neuro-diversity. It’s a Civil Right.
